The company has two cutting units in Kavala and in Ioannina in its disposal for the elaboration – standardization of the meat, as well as the production of meat products based on meat. The meat’s emaciation takes place in a aerial position and the most modern means of cutting are used. The sanitary and rightly practice rules are strictly implemented which are enacted from the Greek and the Community law (the observance of the tracing, microbiological control of the animal, prerequisite programs, HACCP plan). The pieces of meat are packaged in Vacuum or in disc and are placed in carton.
